Lovely loft room

Available single room for rent in a big, clean and quiet house. For one person only. Family house. We are originally from Lithuania, but speak as well Polish, Russian and English. We have a cat and 2 little dogs (Yorkshire terrier). All of them are quiet and clean. No pet's smell in the house. In the house is 4 bedrooms. You will be able to use one of those rooms. The room is on the top floor (loft). In your room is a microwave, kettle and fridge (next door). So it's available to make some snacks. The kitchen is available too on the ground floor, but we prefer people who do not cook a lot (not a few times a day). There are 2 bathrooms in the house. You will be able to use one of those on the ground floor, (used by one more tenant we have). 4 people in the house and no kids.
Location of the house: 1 min walk to bus station, about 25 min walk to Cheshunt train and overground station.
High speed internet.
Only for not smoking person. The room is available now. 650£ a month. 300£ deposit
