Lovely garden facing double room in spacious semi

Hello all!
My lovely housemates of the past year just moved to Northampton for work and I am now in need of some new housemate(s) for a shiny new happy house chapter!
It's a beautiful house we have, full of warmth and life, quite literally soooo warm! Also I'm always welcome encouragement to declutter. Not that it is particularly crowded but still, I always appreciate the moral support!
Two huge lovely gardens. Your room would face over the back garden, it's nice and quiet around here too. You can't really hear any roads or anything.
Such a nice neighborhood with really sweet and kind neighbours. You'll be chatting to 94 year old Peter in a jiffy! Such a legend!
It's just me, a kindhearted vibrant music and games loving mum to 9 year old Amphi. She's the coolest kid you'll meet. We are very laid back. You are welcome to use all areas of the house. I only ask for a smile and a hello! 😊 There is a lock on the room with two keys. Also have a spare mattress and bed frame if it is needed. Hanging out in the garage. Feel free to put whatever you need in the garage. There is space to park multiple cars on both the road and the street.
I am asking £900, all bills and council tax included for a single person. £1100 for couples, which is kept as low as possible!
Pretty damn decent deal for couples. It worked well previously with the last young couple so as long as you're friendly and no drama, couples are welcome to view. X £500 deposit to secure. X is available anywhere from today but really would like filled by the 15th if possible. Will hold for right person(s). Really close to shops and 15 mins brisk walk to Cheshunt station. Lea valley on your doorstep which is JUST divine. Xx
