I'm looking for a tenat to double room in a house that is located only 10 minutes walk from tube station , in a quiet and safe neighborhood, also few steps from shops and restaurants.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen including coffee machines , washing machine and tumble dryer.
Bathroom with bathtub and separate shower cabin.
Also storage rooms for additional things, a garden , shed , garage, free parking space.
It is a clean, quiet house, just 3 of us living here, so is not crowded . ( 2 girls and 1 guy)
We are full time working and respect privacy and cleanliness in the house, doing our own things in free time.
It is not a party house and that's how we want to keep it , so we are looking also for quiet friendly person to join.
It's a nice sunny room , fully furnished , also you can decorate the room however you want.
