The room is accessed by a private spiral staircase which is behind a lockable door. A modern, private bathroom is located on the ground floor by the door which leads to the spiral staircase and the room. Tenants would not need to go to through the main house to enter and exit as there is a side door within the stable block which tenants would have keys too.
There are large front and back gardens which the tenant would be granted permission to use. Transport links from the property are fantastic. We are only a short walk from Cheshunt station which has a direct, fast and regular lines into London (Liverpool Street 20 mins, Tottenham Hale and Victoria Line 10 mins). Lines also run straight out to Cambridge, Hertford and Stanstead Airport.
