House share in spacious 3 bedroom house

I have a spare room available in a three bedroom property I rent in Cheshunt. The Property is a nice spacious house with front and back garden, garage, large living room and Kitchen (with a full set of white goods), two bathrooms with an upstairs bath and downstairs shower. A parking bay is available just outside the house. The available room is the master bedroom, so is a very decent size and has a double bed in it and plenty of storage space.

The property is located in a residential district of Cheshunt, which is a fairly quiet area of town. It is 25 minutes’ walk from the train station or a 10 minute drive from the M25. It is also situated within 15 minutes’ walk of Tesco Head Office and is ideal for anyone working there. We’re about 20 minutes form the town centre and 20 minutes from a Large Tesco Extra and M&S.

Both myself and the other housemate are Business Analysts working at Tesco Head Office. We’re both nice blokes and not quite as dull as our job titles imply! We’re both in our 20s with backgrounds in the sciences. The house is always kept to a decent level of cleanliness, though neither of us are clean freaks. We don’t tend to communally cook and pretty much come and go as we please, though we’ll often share a beer in the evening after work (as long as it’s ale).

My preference is for someone working at Tesco Head Office as well, though any professional is acceptable. Other than that I’m fairly easy going as long as communal rooms are kept to a decent level of cleanliness. I would consider renting to a couple if desired, although it may be a bit crowded in the house with four of us. Advice I have been given suggests charging an extra 50% for couples, but this seems a little steep so I'll come in at 40% and offer it for £735.

The property price has all bills included and this includes cleaners who come once every fortnight. There’s no fixed minimum or maximum length stay.
