I am looking for a Monday - Friday lodger to come and share my relaxed and friendly family home.
The bedroom is a large double room with adjoining bathroom (separate bath and shower). The room also has a TV.
There is masses of off-street parking and a large garden, with Chipperfield Common within 5 minutes walk. Very easy access to London via overland or underground trains which take about half an hour. Leavesden, Langleybury and Bovingdon film studios are very close by and Elstree and Pinewood about half an hour.
My children have mostly flown the nest, although my youngest is currently at home on a placement year. I also have a cat.
There is a shared kitchen, a washing machine and tumble dryer but not shared use of the sitting room. Own fridge/freezer and storage space.
The room is available from 1st September..
