Two Large Double Rooms in family home

I am looking for lodgers to come and share my relaxed and friendly family home.

The first bedroom is a very large double room with vaulted ceiling with its own bathroom next door (separate bath and shower). The room also has a TV.

The second bedroom (rent £700) is also a large double with its own ensuite bathroom (separate bath and shower) and has a TV.

There is masses of off-street parking and a large garden, with Chipperfield Common within 5 minutes walk. Very easy access to London via overland or underground trains which take about half an hour. Leavesden, Langleybury and Bovingdon film studios are about 10 mins away, Elstree 25 minutes and Pinewood about half an hour.

I have 3 children (aged 25, 23 and 21). The older one lives in London and the younger 2 are at Uni so rarely around. I also have a cat.

There is a shared kitchen, a washing machine and tumble dryer but not shared use of the sitting room. Own fridge/freezer and storage space.

Own sitting room could be made available if needed.

The rooms are available with immediate effect.

Sunday eve/Monday to Friday preferred or full time for the right person.
