Spare double room available (furnished)

Hi people, I have a spare double room available in my house that has a double bed provided with two bed side cabinets together with a wardrobe and chest of draws. The room has a nice view of the rear garden. The house has a shared bathroom and a small toilet downstairs together with a lounge, dining room and kitchen. The main bathroom has a bath and separate shower. Kitchen has all modern amenities, dishwasher, gas oven, american fridge/ freezer, washing machine and separate tumble dryer. It's a 3 bedroom house so if you need more room you can use the third bedroom for storing things.

The house has a local co-op shop and a very nice pub that's walking distance. There's a large Sainsbury's within a 5 minute drive from the house together with a nice park around the corner (within a 5 minute walk). A taxi into St Albans high street is no more than 8 pounds.

For those that drive a petrol garage is around the corner and the motorway is less than 5 minutes away. For those that use buses there's a bus stop no more than 3 minutes walking from the house that takes you into the high street, it takes no more than 10 minutes to get there for about 2 or 3 pounds return.
