I am looking for a friendly housemate in a nice and clean 2 bedroom house.
The house is surrounded by a lovely garden and is located in a quiet area at the end of the village /Chorleywood/.

The room comes fully furnished with double bed with storage /4 drawers/, 2 bed side cabinets, large 4 door wardrobe and chest of drawers.

An open plan fully furnished kitchen-diner and living room is shared.

Fully equipped modern bathroom with walk in shower.

Smoking is allowed outside in the garden.

Parking slot on drive way is available.

A little bit for myself:
In my spare time I enjoy listening to music, playing games, reading, watching movies, traveling, cycling or just chilling.
During the week I am working 9-6pm.
I do respect people's private space, and keep the house very clean and tidy.
I would like to live with someone who is like minded to myself, that can have a laugh but also respects my own space.
