Double Room in Chorleywood in a Great Location

I have a double room to rent in my house where I live with my husband other lodger and our 20 year old son who comes and goes. Our other children are at university so come and go throughout the year. We also have a friendly cockapoo dog. The bathroom is shared with our lodger and my son. The room though is opposite the bathroom. We do have a front room with TV that gets very little use except when are children come home from University which can be used if required. Parking is on the road. We are a very relaxed household. The house is across the road from fields, a pub and its a 15 minute walk to Chorleywood station. All bills are included. Both my husband and I work from home. The contract is for 12 months initially but could be extended.
