Excellent commuting. The public transport into London is brilliant - on the Met line we are approx 40 mins into the city and only 30 mins on the fast train into Marylebone; and there's plenty of trains. (You can walk from the house in about 8 mins) Also, we are a mile from J18 of the M25, and I have space for your car on the drive.

Double room available with wireless Broadband, shared use of separate WC and possibly sole use of separate bathroom, we would need to have a chat about it.

Would suit someone with a love of the country, as we are close to some beautiful walks and running routes.

A second living room is available for your use tv, virgin media. The whole house is fully furnished, so if you have kitchen appliances and your own furniture you will need to store it all elsewhere.

The village has most amenities with a gym/pool within short driving distance, coffee shops and pubs/places to eat and is friendly and sociable.

I am looking for someone that is 35 or older, easy going, clean and tidy and fun to be around... Must like friendly fluffy teacup Yorkie. I am also asking that you have been fully vaccinated and boosted, and have proof of this by way of vaccine cards and will be happy to follow covid rules. This is because l have a serious medical condition that while it cannot be seen l am at major risk of hospitalisation and medical complications if l contract covid.
