The home is a 15 minute walk to Chorleywood station, on the Metropolitan tube line which takes 41 minutes into Kings Cross London. It has excellent transport. Please review the map on this advert for the approximate location. We are unable to share the exact location.

5 bedroom House
The room available – double room with a double bed, built in wardrobe, chest of drawers.
Sole use of a bathroom (most of the time) with a shower – no bath.
There is separate office for desk work or WFH if you need this.
WIFI included.
Parking and bicycle storage.
Lovely garden.
Cleaner for communal rooms.
A friendly dog or cat is welcome. There is friendly labradoodle at the house.

🛌THE IDEAL COMPANION:
The retired man is looking for a lady lodger over 25 years that can assist 10-15 hours a week with company, some meal preparation of 3 times a week, emptying the dishwasher and running some errands. Someone to help out with dog walking would be ideal (but not essential). This will suit someone working from home or someone working from their office. Recently the gentleman had a teacher living with him and it worked out very well. The retired man has interests in golf and rugby, socialising, watching grandchildren play sport. He is very independent and also drives. He has a very supportive family who visit often.
