Double furnished room with ensuite (bath/shower). it's good sized room with lots of light, I also have small bright unfurnished room that you could use if needing a separate quiet space to work/study etc.
bills are included.

You would be sharing the house with me and my cat, the house is pretty spacious 4 bed with large open plan kitchen, living room, conservatory, garden and parking.

About me: gay man and his cat, often working from home as I am freelance, easy going and main interest is getting outdoors for hikes etc, but also do watch a lot of films and docs. I have shared a house in the past and remain good friends with those tenants. The house is fairly new to me - so will continue to make improvements to it over time.

About you: Easy going, mindful of others. The room is for one person only, and because I have a skittish rescue cat - I cannot accept other pets.

About Chorleywood: The house is top of a hill - about 15-18 min walk down to shops/Chorleywood station and the met line to baker street, and fast Chiltern line to Marylebone. Jct 17 off M25. 20mins drive to Heathrow.
Chorleywood is known for its green spaces (inc common, direct walks into the countryside, old pubs and good amenities). William Penn gym/swim is 7 min drive.
