The flat is in the highly sought after village of Chorleywood which is on the metropolitan and chiltern lines. The flat is a 4 minute walk to Chorleywood underground and a 5 minute drive to junction 17 or 18 of the M25. There are plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs within walking distance.

You will have a good sized double bedroom with ample storage for clothes. I am a live out landlord during the week so you will have full private use of the entire flat during the weekdays.

The flat is freshly painted , decorated and very clean throughout. The bathroom has a very powerful modern shower. The kitchen has an integrated dishwasher, washing machine and dryer, air fryer and bean to cup coffee machine.

I am an ultra clean and tidy and friendly creative professional. I work remotely but based in Harrow during the weekdays. Previous tenants have stated how cosy, stylish and clean the flat is at all times and liken their weekly stays to “a week away at a fancy hotel!” I am a LGBT friendly household.
