Bedroom 1 is just under 200sq ft of double bedroom (more like bedsit without a kitchen!). With brand new organic pocket sprung mattress, furnished with sofa, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, TV with DVD, and broadband socket as well as wifi. En-suite shower room with power shower. A perfect haven if you like to keep yourself to yourself! Or if you'd like to use the rest of the house you can.

Bedroom 2 has a double bed, sofa, no TV, but does have wifi and plenty of space in it. Sharing family bathroom with bedroom 3.

Bedroom 3 has kingsize bed, tv / dvd, wifi, wardrobe, and is smaller than the other two. Sharing the family bathroom with bedroom 2.

The luxury family bathroom has separate walk-in shower and double ended bath. All showers are power showers, and bathrooms have underfloor heating.

i sleep in Bedroom 4!

If you come as a couple there will be an increase in the rent of £30/week whichever room you have.

My son and daughter are at Uni so will be popping in over Xmas with their friends (they will sleep at their dads).

We have 2 cats.

Before I tell you about me and the house let me explain that I am in the process of selling the house which will complete some time in January, so only contact me if you are a short term lodger. Once I have a completion date I can let you know the date you will need to move out by.

I am easy going and a keen recycler. I like to socialise, usually hanging out in the rather large kitchen! But am also out a lot at work (I'm a lorry driver!).

I go away some weekends so it would be great if you'd be up for feeding my cats when I'm away (I can get the neighbours to otherwise).

The house has a large flat garden, in a very peaceful area - you can't even hear the motorway! There's a pool table in the summer house. And it's only 10 mins walk from Chorleywood tube / overground station.

There's Carpenters Wood for lovely walks just round the corner too!
