Small Double room

Hello 👋

We have a freshly decorated cosy small double room in a spacious shared house with a garden and parking.

We have chosen to list the room as a small double because it reflects the size of the bedroom, however due to the layout of the room we have chosen to list it with a single day bed as it gives a more spacious living environment for one person.
Clothes storage and drawer space, mirror, TV, beside lamp. Lock on the room.

2 friendly, easy going adults who keep a clean and tidy house, currently live here with an old cat, who keeps himself to himself and he's no trouble.

You will have access to all the shared areas which include open plan kitchen/dining and living room plus a very sunny garden.
We have 2 bathrooms, central heating, Internet and Netflix
The kitchen has a dishwasher, Air fryer and microwave.
Plenty of fridge/freezer space and cupboards for your own items.
Plus there is a utility room.

We are looking for a friendly professional female who is comfortable with sharing our home and using it like us as a base and a peaceful calm place to live.

We are full time professionals and do not use the house for socialising, we believe that this will be a mutually beneficial way of living for everyone and therefore would ask the same from yourself..
