We have two large double rooms with sharing bathroom facilities and one very large double rooms with en-suite within a lovely, clean, safe and family home, (pet and human friendly too)..

All rooms are carpeted and have large built in wardrobes.

You'll have your own fridge, space in the kitchen, use of washing facilities and welcome to join us watching a movie in the cinema room or use of the gym.,

We are 10 minutes from Cockfosters Tube Station and Trent Park, although our garden is quite big and nice too, oh oh and we have a fire pit too!

All bills included within the rental price.
