The house is of ample size with 4 toilets and 3 showers. The living & dining rooms, kitchen and utility room are communal areas to be shared by 1 other prospective lodger.
The utility room is provided with Washing machine, an electrically heated drying rail, team iron and ironing board.

There is a large garden that is accessible to all residents.

The property is very close to shopping, amenities and variety of restaurants in Cockfosters, Oakwood and Southgate. The Trent country park is within 10 Min walk from the house.
