I am offering this room as a short time option for weeks or just a couple of months, as the house is on sale. Available from 28th September 2020.

This is a single bedroom but with a study area included, built as an extension to the side of the house with an independent entrance. The study room has shelves, its own fridge/freezer and a big desktop area. There is also a toilet/shower downstairs. The shower is used by the lodger exclusively and the toilet is shared. Everything has recently been decorate. The lodger has sccess to a fully fitted kitchen The kitchen is big. There is also access to a lovely garden that gives a sense of extra living space.

This is a family house located 10 min walk from either New Barnet station (national rail) or Cockfosters station and also has a bus that links Cockfosters station with High Barnet on the Northern line.
