The room is at the end of a courtyard. It is light and sunny and really is a garden room.
There is a double bed and two bucket chairs and a small side table.
The is a shower room and lavatory.
There is ample cupboard space.
There is a separate utility room for washing and drying clothes and there is space for preparing food.
There is a garden which can be shared with the owner.
Access is through a side door from the front of the building.
The house is a minutes walk to the centre of the village.

I am a widower having lost my wife this year. I would expect my guest to be considerate and tolerant.

I am a very laid back character and enjoy socialising so I would hope that we could get on and enjoy living in a very pleasant little spot.
