A twin room in quiet village house available to let. [the house is in Codicote, near Stevenage]. Room suit professionals looking for monday-friday (Sun-Fri) accommondation while working away from home. The room share the bathroom with other occupant/s of the house.
Use of kitchen available mainly to warm up or eat in & breakfast. The house has a large garden which guests are welcome to use when the season is good.
Parking available on street(very quiet area).
Broadband available for light use.
All other bills included.
The cost for the twin (2 people) is £50, or sole occupancy £35 p night or £475 per month. Rates do not include breakfast.
The village is a short drive from main towns (Stevenage/Welwyn Garden City/Hitchin) and nearby villages (Knebworth, Welwyn, etc.).
Short or long let. Minimum 1 week. Payment on arrival in cash (credit card payment available subject to surcharge). Should you need a storter stay, please get in touch (if ringing, between 9am - 8pm M-F, 10am-6pm w/e).
If you are looking for a long term 7/24 stay please get in touch to discuss.
