Decent size double room in a modern luxury house: King Size bed, small sofa, TV, huge wardrobe, 2xchest of draws and WiFi

House is very safe, its behind electric gates. When I rented the other room and did viewings every single person who came, loved the house and was desperate to move in asap.

Use of shower room, kitchen, dinning room, garden. Street parking

Even tho sitting room is for my private use, we have DVD nights together and watch certain tv program's in the week together in the sitting room. It's a fun house we mostly all go out at weekends together for drinks and fun, it's like a little family lol... It's a young house as we range from 20-30years of age. So looking for someone within that age bracket.

ps.. i already have a female tenant, who i get along well with, shes expressed that she would feel better with a female tenant.

I have had lots of enquiries about this room but none have been the right type of person that matches my criteria, plus I'm being super fussy as I'm not in a rush to rent this room out and so waiting for the right person, especially as at the moment we all get along perfectly at the house and wouldn't want to unbalance it with a total retard moving in! Haha
