Garden facing double room in large house

Double bedroom with lots of storage /cupboards available in large house with dining room, large garden and living room (but tiny kitchen! Hence single occupancy).

I work from home 3 days per week but am relaxed whether you wfh or not. Would prefer a student as no increase in council tax but if you’re a professional then extra £200 per month.

I’m pretty busy - help run a health tech start up. Pretty academic, have run several companies, wide range of interests and generally fun, open minded, enquiring mind and accommodating but if you were in favour of brexit or vote reform we’d probably not want to talk about politics.

Spend far too much time thinking about food and wine, so make up for that by walking and gym.

Once a week have my kids (11, 15) over for dinner. We’re working through countries cuisines alphabetically and you’d be welcome to join if you wanted.

Really looking for someone who’s similar minded, tidy (small kitchen!), but I’m relaxed about age, identity, orientation.

Whilst it’s a 3 bed am only letting one bedroom out.
