Double with ensuite in quiet village near Royston

Large bright double room with en-suite in quiet family home in village of Croydon, 10 minutes drive from Royston 20 minutes drive from Cambridge. 10 minute walk from Queen Adelaide Pub and restaurant. House is large so plenty of space and privacy. Cleaner comes weekly, and is included in the price, all bills included. House has all modern amenities, washing machine, tumble dryer, broadband, and a very large well equipped kitchen and utility room. There are several lounges so tenant would have own space to relax in evening. My wife and I both work a mix of in the office and at home but there is plenty of space for all and the room has a desk and office chair in it. There is masses of off street parking on the drive but limited public transport in the village so a car is needed. We are looking for someone fun who is going to treat our home with respect whether they are a student or a professional. Room available immediately.
