I am working abroad and am looking to sublet my furnished flat for three months (1 November 2025 to 31 January 2026) for £1,200 per month including bills. The postcode is actually EN6 4HB. This is available as a single-occupancy let.
This is a one-bedroom furnished flat; 39 squared metres in Cuffley, Hertfordshire. It is serviced by the Great Northern railway (42 minutes from Moorgate; 37 minutes from King's Cross; 30 minutes from Finsbury Park). It is a five-minute walk from the train station and still within the Transport for London (TfL) coverage area (Oyster cards accepted).
You will have access to all the furnishings and amenities, including two desks for working, the a second monitor, the bed (and bedding, if need be) the hoover, the wardrobe and the couch. This is a recently refurbished flat, so there is double-glazed windows and it has been painted.
The three-piece bathroom has been renovated. There is also a small lift in the building. Pets are not allowed.
Paid parking is available (needed only for two hours from 11am-1pm on weekdays or you can move your vehicle from the car park).
There is a small high street that has a Tesco Express, a few restaurants and cafés (local ones, as well, but the chains are Domino's). There is also a pub on the hill.
If you need to move in a couple of days earlier (30-31 October) that is not a problem and you won't need to pay for those days.
