I have two rooms to let in a cleanly decorated house furnished with a mix of vintage and new. The house is quiet and homely with a peaceful garden but only 200 metres from Hamden Square with its good shops, restaurants and buses.
Oakwood park with tennis and golf is a stroll away and there are nice walks along Pyms Brook to Brunswick park.
Southgate station and the Piccadilly line is a 15 minute walk or you can hail the bus from outside the house and be there in 5 minutes.

It is a friendly and relaxed house with 3 lodgers who share with the owner who lives there part of the week. It would suit professional people who want to socialise sometimes but be able to come home to a calm environment after work. All references will be checked for the peace of mind of everyone in he house and the owner is on hand to maintain the house.
I am letting to non smokers who want to live in a clean house and are happy to keep it that way- there is a dishwasher to help keep things tidy in the kitchen!

Bedroom 1 -is a spacious room for a single person with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, desk, shelves
Bedroom 2 -is a smaller room with a double bed and some good compact storage - wardrobe, drawers and fold down desk.

The living room has a table and chairs as well as soft seating. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage. There is 1 bathroom with a tub with a shower. 3 people will share these amenities.

Council tax, wifi and tv licence are included , utility bills are not included but shared amongst the residents. This is to encourage mindful use of energy to keep the costs. down, while living comfortably. You can expect to pay share of the utilities which should average around £35 a month for normal use
