Cat needs new housemate a few days a week/month

I am looking for someone for MAXIMUM 2/3 DAYS A WEEK
A bright comfortable house in the middle of East Barnet ...near to many shops and amenities.......40 minutes to central London ....either by overground ...Northern Line or Piccadilly Line .
I am l ooking for someone who needs a base a few days a week /month on a regular or irregular basis...hence the low rent .
I am a teacher and work with young people with disabilities . I enjoy a good natter...good food and a good series on Netflix ...but also value quiet and contemplation.....oh and Sugar the cat is in charge!
