North London- 30 minutes from Oxford Street

Hello! I am looking to move out of a house in East Barnet due to my job. The house includes a lovely newly furnished living room, kitchen and garden, and benefits include only a 5 minute walk to the nearest station, and a 25 minute commute to Oxford Street, London. There are many shops around for food and amenities. The room available is on the ground floor, garden facing, and includes a brand new as of july wardrobe and ottoman bed frame. It is very spacious!
