You will be renting a room in a large detached house in a quiet cul-de-sac between Cockfosters and East Barnet . You will have use of a separate bathroom and there is a large lounge, dining room and kitchen so lots of room to have privacy . The is parking on the drive and other off street parking too. The house has five bedrooms with three loos, one of which is opposite the rental room .

Your room is a lovely large double with a double bed, wardrobe and drawers . The preferred tenant will be a professional female who doesn't mind a friendly cat. There are shops/restaurants and a pub within waking distance. The house overlooks a large park. The transport links are great with Piccadilly and Northern line within easy reach.
