Double or single room available

A clean, bright, rooms in a quiet, safe, spacious, fully refurbished, clean, peaceful and beautiful 4 bedroom house.

The double room has a large desk and a chair, a window, a good quality mattress and bed frame, a large wardrobe, shelves and a bedside table. There is another bed underneath the bed shown in the photographs should you wish to sleep on a larger bed as you can put the two single beds next to one another and make them into one large bed. The other bed can also be used for the occasional overnight guests who would pay the pre agreed daily charge. Please see the photographs for more details. The bathroom you would be using is across the small landing area and has a bath and a shower. The single room is currently also available. Please let us know if you would prefer the double or the single room. The beautiful Oak Hill Park is a few minutes walk from the house. Our interests include languages, cultures, cuisines, cooking, nutrition, baking, wellbeing, psychology, travelling, sightseeing, IT, machine learning, DIY, health, fitness, walks in nature, to name a few.

Our kitchen, dining room and a beautiful garden are there for you to enjoy. Bills, council tax and wifi are included. There is no TV in the bedrooms nor in the shared dining room. Former lodgers' references/recommendations are available on request.

The Cockfosters tube station is 10-15 minutes walk, the Oakwood tube station is less than 10 minutes by bus (both on Piccadilly line), the Oakleigh Park Overground Train Station is 10-15 minutes walk.
