The bed room is very spacious and comfortable and comes fully furnished. Furnishings include a king size bed , mirrored side tables, Art Deco style mirrored dressing table, a leather sofa and a large fitted mirrored wardrobe .The rental includes a wall mounted Flat TV in the room and BT WiFi. .
The cooking facilities in the downstairs kitchen- diner include a new electric double fan oven, two full sized ceramic hobs and a microwave oven, electric kettle, toaster, small halogen oven etc.
The lodger will have use of personal cupboard space and will be allocated shelves in the fridge and freezer. The washing machine and dishwasher are available for use by all lodgers.
Elsenham railway station is only 5 minutes walk from the house. Trains go regularly to London and Cambridge. Local bus services go to the airport and surrounding towns and villages. The village has a Tesco Express, a pub and food takeaway shops. There is also a doctors surgery, post office and hairdresser .
Lodgers are expected to comply with the Covid restrictions and respect the rules to prevent spreading the virus. Suitable couples will be considered.
