ELSENHAM village is about 7 minutes car drive from Stansted International Airport. Junction 8 of the M11 is for the airport and A120. Elsenham railway station is about 5 minutes walk from the house. Regular train services go to Bishops Stortford, Harlow and London and all stations to Cambridge. Unfortunately there is no direct train service to the airport. There is a limited scheduled bus service to the airport. Elsenham has a doctors surgery, post office Tesco Express, Hairdressers, and a fast food takeaway.
The common areas in the house are kept clean by regular cleaning . Council tax (Band D) for the property is not payable by the lodger. The rent includes all bills.
