The house is located in ELSENHAM village which is about 7 minutes car drive from Stansted International Airport.
Junction 8 of the M11 is for the airport and A120. Elsenham railway station is about 5 minutes walk from the house. Regular train services go to Bishops Stortford, Harlow and London and all stations to Cambridge. Unfortunately there is no direct train service to the airport from Elsenham.
Elsenham has a scheduled bus service to the airport. The village has a doctors surgery, post office Tesco Express, Hairdressers, and a fast food takeaway.

The Council tax for the property is band D and is paid by the landlord. The lodger does not pay any council tax. The rent includes the cost of all utility bills like water, gas and electric
