Beautiful large warm double bedroom with a double bed, and en suite shower room available immediately , also a double bedroom with separate bathroom for sole use available september 4th, in a three-bedroom newly built townhouse in a quiet area of Elstree. The rooms have built-in wardrobes with plenty of hanging spaces and a large window. Two minutes walk to bus stop - 107, which will take you either to Edgware station or Borehamwood. There is some off street parking if you have a car.

I would require 300 pound security deposit, a work reference and rent to be paid one month in advance - 650 pound per calendar month (bills included, including sky and broadband).
It is a quiet household and I hope you'll find us very pleasant - we would like somebody to share with us, who desires the same. Suited for professional person who would like a quiet, safe, living environment.
