Present lodger leaving end of June but available to view now. Huge double room/studio in large bungalow with cooking area. shower and toilet. porch and separate entrance. Double bed (Emma mattress a year old) dining table and chairs. A sideboard and lots of cupboard space plus a hanging wardrobe space. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the porch as well as a retractable line in the garden.
In Flaunden, a very quiet rural spot. Great for walking, good pubs, but no transport so a car is essential, although there are frequent buses to Hemel Hempstead or Chesham from Bovingdon(a mile away).
We are close to Chesham (7 minutes), Amersham, Hemel Hempstead Berkhamsted and Bovingdon There is a trainline to Euston from Hemel and the Metropolitan or Chiltern line from Chorleywood or Chesham.
You would be completely self contained with own entrance and porch and we live here in the rest of the bungalow. We maintain the property and are on hand to fix any problems. You would be very private. Garden access is limited to a section of rear lawn outside the back of the annexe with a view across fields. Parking on the drive directly outside the door to annexe.
Includes all bills except electric. We use oil central heating throughout the property and have it on low as background heat, according to non working hours. There are programmable electric radiators and a bathroom towel rail.
