Lovely modern rural home – female housemate wanted

I’m sadly moving out of my lovely modern 2-bed new build in a peaceful village, it’s a gorgeous home and I’m really upset to be leaving, but with work commitments and being a non driver it makes more sense for me to relocate. My current housemate is now looking for another housemate, female preferred, new to share with.

The house is bright and spacious living area, a large garden, plenty of parking, an upstairs modern bathroom plus a handy downstairs toilet.

The area is a friendly village surrounded by countryside but still really well connected. Royston is only 10–15 minutes by car and Cambridge around 20–30 minutes. There are buses direct to Cambridge, Royston, Melbourn and Addenbrooke’s (about once an hour), though it’s easier if you drive. Foxton and Shepreth stations are close too, but you’d need a short taxi to get there. Melbourn Science Park is just down the road, so it’s ideal if you work nearby or in Cambridge.

You’d be sharing with a friendly female housemate in an easy going but respectful home, along with her two dogs, a well trained Cane Corso and a adorable Chihuahua puppy, so you’ll need to be comfortable with big dogs. Pets may be considered if they’re a good match.
