It is a double bedroom with a bathroom which although not en suite, will basically be yours to use as I have an en suite in my room.

There is shared access to living room/ dining room and Kitchen.

The apartment is a friendly one and the room is available early/mid August 2013.

I am looking for a non-smoker who only requires the room on a Monday to Friday basis but would consider 7 days for the right person, Ideally female but would consider males also.

if only required on a Mon-Fri basis, a reduction to the rent would be applied.
