Triple sized room 8f by 14f. New build

Triple room 5. 5m x 4m with your own bathroom. This room is big enough for a couple. There is also a shared front room and the kitchen is shared with myself.

I work evenings and weekends so you will have the place to yourself a lot of the time. I am looking for a professional and would give preference to a couple. The cost for a couple would be 850 per month.

I am a non smoker but don't mind smokers I can also accept small animals but am not keen on cats. It is a first floor flat with a communal garden.

You can have your own parking space but there is additional space for guests.

The room is not really furnished but I am willing to furnish it if required. The price includes all bills even internet and tv licence. I will also buy washing up powder and cleaning materials for the kitchen occasionally i get free food which i will share with you.
