I have a double room available in a beautiful flat to share with just me.
The flat is located off Swallowdale Lane, 1.5 mile away from the town centre.
There is a train going to London Euston and you can get there in just 30 minutes.

There is Aldi supermarket only 7 mins away by walk.
Most amenities are only 2 miles away including: a variety of convenience stores; supermarkets (Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury’s); cash point; cinema; post office; restaurants; gyms.
The photos provide an accurate representation of the flat which provides safe, quiet and peaceful environment ideally suited for students with a mature outlook or professionals.
Smokers are acceptable but smoking is not allowed inside the flat

The room has got a Next Westcott double bed, Laura Ashley wardrobe and 2x bedside tables. The flat has two bathrooms so one would be pretty much to your own use.

There are also two little doggies living in the flat: Daisy (6), weighing 6 pounds and Lilly (3), weighing 3 pounds. They are well behaved pets and don’t cause any issues (they could lick you to death). Since they are yorkies they don’t shed or leave the hair around.
All bills included.
Deposit: £800. (can break it down to 2/3 payments)
Notice period: 1 month
Not suitable for people who work from home more than once a week.
