Looking for two housemate. I have very recently moved into this beautiful huge house with my friend. I am happy to consider long term or short term considered. It's an old yet a huge lovely home. We have had to do some work to it to make it up to decent living standards, it's a beautiful home around 7 minutes walk to the bus and 5mins away from cockfosters tube station (Piccadilly line). We literally have a back garden the size of a small park with a massive pond. (all private) as well as a from yard with car parking space for up to 3/4 cars and a private garage.
Please note Local Sainsburys/shops, are a short busride away.
Double/single bed room available are a good size very spacious. NOT furnished. Feel free to bring your things for the room and we would love it if you could contribute to the house in anyway e. g. small furniture etc to make a home for all of us. this is not a must.

you will be sharing a big bathroom with a bath and a shower with one other housemate as me and my friend are using the other one.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED IN RENT (INCLUDING COUNCIL TAX) THIS IS CHEAP YOU GUYS.
smokers is fine but no smoking in the house please...

I'm a working professional, working in Pharma full time. my background is fashion. i'm a chilled person, i like the flat generally tidy but i'm not fussy with it.
love to watch american series e. g. Power, peaky blinders etc. My friend is also working and is super chilled.
