Double bedroom near station in Harpenden

A recently re-furbished three bed terraced house in a quiet Harpenden location that is near to Harpenden train station (15 minute walk), although off-road parking is also available. The room is only available for up to three months as it is due to be sold at some point in July (however, there may be the opportunity for you to move in with me at my new house locally if you so wished). The house comprises two double bedrooms (one of which is available to rent) and one single bedroom. The room for rent is a large double room (19" by 14") and has plenty of in-built storage for clothing.

The house has a pleasant garden with a patio and lawn area to the rear of the property, where a bbq is enjoyed at this time of year. Downstairs there is a large area with an open plan living room and kitchen. The rental price includes all bills, including all Sky TV channels as well as high speed wireless broadband.
