Lovely quiet house, spaceous room (jacuzzi bath)

Set back from the road in a lovely part of Batford near the river Lea. A fifteen minute walk to the station. Parking is available outside The shops are minutes away, we enjoy the best of the countryside but with access to many amenities. The garden is quite secluded. We have a jacuzzi corner bath to relax in. We are a settled quiet homely family home. The security deposit is the months rent in advance, and the only advance payment.
