Housemate wanted for house share

Cosy single room to rent in Harpenden. Must love dogs, as there are two young spaniels living here (they are awesome), although you would not need to do anything with them.

Shared access to all living space, kitchen, bathroom etc and all bills included (Sky, Broadband etc).
Furnished with a single bed, with duvets, wardrobe, and bookcase. As well as the boiler cupboard for additional storage.

Even though there are dogs, it is a calm, quiet house, except just before a dog walk, so would also suit professionals (I am a teacher).

Ten minute walk from Harpenden town centre, 15 minute walk from station. 321 bus stop right outside house. Next door to Tesco Express and a great pizza place!
