Hi! I’m a 34 year old, female professional. I live in Harpenden, there is a pub at the end of the road & the train station is an 8 minute drive (priorities).

- Double fitted wardrobes with drawers, shelving and garden view.
- use of whole house, chilling downstairs very welcome
- All bills included, WiFi, garden & local amenities
- On road parking opposite cottage
- Neat, respectful housemate required and personality fit essential
- would love to share cooking some evenings and watch tv, but who also someone who appreciates space/privacy/alone time
- gorgeous cats so must be a pet person ...
