Lovely room with ensuite bathroom in cottage

Lovely first floor furnished bedroom with a bathroom on first floor.
Living room with real wood burning stove and dining area, a modern well-equipped kitchen with small dining area leading to a sunny patio and lovely garden.
(I am the owner but currently staying with family because shielding). Current occupant is a PT and nutritionist, a big exercise fan! She has a bedroom and bathroom on the top floor.
It is a lovely house with great neighbours. We are looking for someone friendly, sociable, ideally also likes to exercise a bit, has their own friends and is also tidy. The house is really lovely and relaxing, a real refuge.
