Large double room,ensuite, own kitchen/lounge

This beautiful room in a large house (Band G) overlooks countryside but is only 15 mins walk from central Harpenden. and 20 mins walk from the station. The lodger has off street parking and use of the garden. The large bedroom has a desk area and an ensuite bathroom with shower. Downstairs there is a kitchen are and sitting room. Laundry facilities are also available.
My current lodger has been very happy here and is leaving to share a house with his best friend. The arrangement of rooms affords plenty of privacy.
I am looking for someone who is not noisy and will take good care of the rooms and who is pleasant to have around. I have a preference for a female, but would not rule out a male, and indeed my current lodger is male.
