Double bedroom in Downtown

Double room to rent in a lovely furnished flat. The flat is in the downtown of Harpenden, on High street, with all the amenities at less than 5 min walk. The train station is at 5 min walk. It's very easy to go by train to London (25min) and to the Airport of Luton (5min).

The flat is very quiet, the window of the room overlooks a private courtyard (not noises). My 2 roommates (girl and boy) are very nice, tidy, clean and respectful.
When I moved, I had to buy a bed and a bedside (because it's the only thing there aren't) but I can leave you all at a very small price. There is a wardrobe too in the room.

You can move in the flat from the 15/09/14.

Furniture: dishwaser, washing and drying machine, oven, microwave, toaster, sofa, TV, internet, phone

All the utility bills are included in the rent: 502 pounds per month.

I'm very pleased with the flat and the roommates.
