I have a double bedroom available to rent in large detached 4 bedroom house with garage and garden in central Harpenden. The Property is just a 10 minute walk from Harpenden train station and town centre, the area is very comfortable and pleasant. The house is to be shared with myself, an easy going professional male aged early 30’s. I am looking for a like minded professional to share the house with. My 2 year old son will be staying in the property every other weekend, so the person will need to be accommodating of this. The rent is £500pcm. The room is available from the 1st November.
