First floor south facing well laid out maisonette with own private entrance downstairs with internal staircase leading to landing area and rooms. Spacious lounge with large windows overlooking lovely communal gardens, leads to kitchenette. Two bedrooms and bathroom. Second smaller bedroom is available with a small double bed, chest of drawers and wardrobe. I'm looking for someone who is very clean and tidy, friendly, honest and reliable. 10 minutes walk from Harpenden train station, and 5 from local tesco / petrol station. Not looking for couples or someone to have their partner around all the time.
