Double bedroom with Ensuite shower and toilet ina 4 bed house no more than a 5 minute walk from Harpenden train station and centre.

There is a double bed with a TV that pops out of the end of the bed. Whilst it is not possible to watch terestarel tv, it is possible to stream tv and films as well as down load films , Facebook etc via the internet .

The kitchen is shared and you will have use of your own fridge and be allocated your own freezer drawer.

Two professional adults live on a full time basis at the house and two other adults who committed back and fourth from Spain so are not always in occupancy. We like to socialise occasionally but do not tend to have many parties at home. If we do this will be by prior notice with all who live at the household.

All bills and broadband are included in the price and there is the opportunity to rent a car parking space should this be required .
