This student accomodation is a friendly, welcoming place. The rent is paid termly, payment plan applications will not be accepted. If you were to pay termly, you will need a UK based guarantor, however if you pay for the entire tenancy in one go you will not need one.
It is less that 2 minutes away from Asda and hatfield town centre and 15 minutes away from De Havilland campus.
The flat itself is very spacious, comes with a fully furnished lounge/kitchen area, cupboard space and an shared ensuite with a shower.
The bedroom has a double bed with extra storage space underneath, a wardrobe, shelf space and a desk that comes with a chair.
There is a laundry room and parking facilities. Free WiFi is available.
